Initial Consultation

Your clinician will take a full, comprehensive health and medical history in order to provide a well informed and appropriate treatment plan. This then informs a treatment prescription which may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping therapy, tuina, massage therapy or a combination of these if appropriate. You will also be advised on dietary and lifestyle considerations from a Chinese medicine perspective. Appropriate frequency and duration of a treatment cycle to deliver desirable results will also be considered, and you will be informed of any potential side-effects or adverse risk.
Follow - up
up to 30min
A follow-up appointment is for returning patients with the same main concern or health issue, and treatment will follow an established treatment plan.

Your clinician will conduct a brief assessment screening to keep your treatment evolving along with you, and may make slight adjustments as appropriate.
